What is this retreat about?
A retreat, by definition, suggests a withdrawal from external life to focus on something inside ourselves.
That is, the part that opens our insight but does not judge it. It is the gentle path, that accepts but also encourages us to evolve further.
This retreat is designed to reconnect with compassion with who we really are. The Path of Self Compassion retreat begins with a clearing and blessing ceremony to remove the hypnosis of the various spells life has spun around us. The days that follow take us deeper into meaning and self-discovery. This is the graceful path, not self-judgement.
The ceremonies will take place in beautiful, natural surroundings easily accessible from Stockholm. Group size is intentionally limited so that everyone can receive personal support and space throughout the retreat.
Comfortable accommodation and nourishing vegan meals complete the package. There will also be time for walks in nature, self reflection, journaling, simply wandering in the fruit gardens or taking a dip in the pool to cool down in the summer weather - so bring your bathing suit!

- 2 nights (Friday night and Saturday night).
